I thought today was an energetic practice.

I thought guys, we got some really good competitive work, you know, with speed against each other.

You know, got obviously a good, good, I say introduction.

We've already done a little bit of introduction on Virginia Tech, but we've got to get some good work on that today. You know, got some things we're asking to be able to clean up, different looks, different things that we want to do want to see. But I thought the physicality, I thought the toughness, I thought the speed that we practiced with was good. So I was proud of our guys for that. Some guys, it was good, you know, Jekai was back out there, made it a couple great plays, which was good to see. I know Rob Scott got some work of came, all some guys. It was good, you know, Jekai was back out there, made a couple great plays,

which was, which was good to see. And Rob Scott got some work of Keem, all those guys were out working today, so we'll see how they respond to it and continue to build for this week ahead. What a guy like Braw of, how do you kind of measure it in the center, trying not pushing back too soon? Yeah, I mean, that's why today, like, I mean, he went mostly in the speed stuff, you know, against our first D-line, you know, want to see, just want to see him in that setting, and we'll see how he responds tomorrow, just to how he's feeling. And then, you know, he's played a lot of ball. And so he understands it, you know, he puts a lot of time in his preparation, even not playing these last few weeks. I mean, he's been preparing and getting ready. But, you know, we'll see how that goes. But we need to see him go out there and be able to move, be able to redirect and be able to punch and all the things necessary. So, you know, that it was good for him to get out there. We talk a lot with the passing game about timing, but is timing a big part of the running

game?

1:32.0

Yes, I mean, there's a part of it.

1:35.3

You know, it's more, it's a detailed combinations of understanding when to, you know, if

1:39.5

you're working a combination block, you know, and then, and the, whether it's a gap scheme,

1:43.2

zone scheme, playing with your eyes,

1:45.0

understanding that sense of urgency of being able to get off to the next level or to work to

1:51.8

the guy that you're supposed to be tracking. And so all of it plays a part in it. You're the backs,

1:56.5

track's critical. I mean, it's all a detail. And sometimes it's the timing of runs of how you hit them.

2:02.6

But yes, there is a component of that for sure.

2:06.6

When you say tracks, is it just the way like running back with the gap or is there more to it?

2:10.6

I mean, you have a desired track of what you want for every play. I mean, it's, whether it's your track in protection of getting out,

2:19.3

whether it's your track in the run game. So all those things are specific. And then, you know,

2:25.3

as you get them started, then a back gets to be a back. So that's, you kind of, you know,

2:29.3

I never want to, you know, take the back's vision or what they see, but, you know,

2:32.3

it's all about getting started on the right track to put yourself in the best position how do you think Jordan look today it's

2:39.5

always good yeah like maybe he was especially charged no he's I mean this his last week you know

2:45.8

his approach I mean today I mean it's you know you feel that his urgency and you know
