what can and needs to be done,

making sure that that is a collaborative approach

from ACC and the coaches and the ADs

and just the conference is a whole of of where we're we're moving

towards and you know it's a really good group of of leaders and I think we've

it's it's been productive you know we've got you know more to more to come but I think it's been productive. We've got more to come, but I think it's been good to be able to express

some of those things here and, you know, now put it into place the next step in actions

as we move forward.
