Between 1988 and 2012, Democrats relied on Wisconsin to swing their way in the Presidential Election. But in 2016, Donald Trump was narrowly able to win the state, securing him the path to the presidency. Although President Biden was able to win back Wisconsin in 2020, the state is poised to be a tossup yet again in November.
