I had told not to keep any outsourcers.

I did keep one.

And I kept one and not only did I keep it, when that service center went down in Katrina, we were still live talking to customers. So a buddy of mine calls me and says, he's a VC in the Valley. He says, Tom, I referred you to Facebook and you just kind of didn't talk to them. And I said, well, you could have told me on what's Facebook? Long story short, I ended up interviewing with Mark Zuckerberg.

But I was having an extraordinary experience and ended up moving from Facebook to be chief

support officer to company that's now the backbone of the Geek Squad remote support.

And if you remember, I told you a little story about they said, you need to be watched.

Well, I got a phone call one day to be told you have prostate cancer.

You know to man, I've had enough radiation that I glow in the dark.

Yeah.

And there's been some times I was told you won't make it through this.
