I grew up in the Toronto area and I came down to London, Ontario, which is about two hours to the southwest, to attend university, took journalism.

I applied all over the place. I wound up at the newspaper here in London, and I spent 41 years writing the stories of people and places and the history of southwestern Ontario, which is the area that stretches from, if your viewers can
