Today kicks off our little series we're going to be doing through the month of August and

0:29.4

partway into September called From Sabotage to Success.

I ran my very first six-week intensive program, and it was amazing. We had 20 participants,

0:42.1

and I'm bringing on some of those that would like to share their story with you of what was

0:47.0

going on with their thinking and behaviors before the intensive and what happened after.

1:49.4

it's images that flutter through their mind or before they even realize that they're just doing

1:54.5
