So this is something I've talked about pretty frequently on my podcast, The Breakup Breakdown,

which is on Bert's Network, the Pioneer Network, which he owns. The one thing that I say,

I think comes up more than any other topic is how to follow your gut. Like I always ask at the

end, I'm like, okay, what's your advice? Like, if you feel like somebody else is going through

this, like what would you tell them to get through it? And the one thing that I feel like, okay, what's your advice? Like, if you feel like somebody else is going through this, like what would you tell

And the one thing that I feel like comes out nine out of ten times is trust your gut.

Your heart lies, but your gut doesn't.

But the problem is, I'm like, well, how do you know it's your gut?

How do you know what's your gut?

Can you trust your gut? Is there science behind it? So this season, I've

specifically been diving into that a lot with some experts and just kind of doing my own research

on it. So this week, I interviewed a cognitive behavioral therapist who talked to me a little bit

about like how you can differentiate whether or not you're just projecting your own fears and
