I've also had some real moments of sad, so I decided to make a podcast.

I would love to have a philosophical debate about expectations.

I know I'm asking a lot of us in this room when I throw the

word philosophical out, but that's what I'm looking for. And expectations. Yeah, there's that too.

Because for the longest time, I have believed, and I've had conversations with my therapist

about this over the years, with my significant other, my husband, and it's that you can't

have expectations.

Because if you have expectations, you are ultimately going to get

let let down and you're going to live a very sad existence in relationships or every no okay none

at all like just in flow like the river yes in everything if you have have an expectation, it's more than likely not going to get met.

And you're just going to live a life of perpetual disappointment.

And that sounds pretty like that sounds like a bummer, right?
