Hello and welcome back into the podcast that we like to call from the podium where you hear

Podcast Network, Steven Serda. Chiefs continue to deal with COVID-19 as is the case across the

entire NFL, but their preparation continues for Sundays match up against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

We heard from head coach Andy Reed, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and tackle Orlando Brown,

Jr. We'll go in that order starting with Andy Reed followed by Patrick Mahomes. I won't

All right. Well, listen, everybody that was here, practice. So we had a good day today.

You know, obviously we have a little bit of COVID thing going around and some guys are in the

protocol there for that, which we understand. I mean, it's league wide and you know, we get it.

We look forward to the challenge over playing Pittsburgh and we know we all had a chance to watch

them and now we've got a chance to study them early here and we understand they're a good football

team and so we'll get ourselves ready this week and prepared to play again against good team.

Hey, coach, obviously, Tyree Kill and Travis Kelsey are pretty big names to be on this list.

When you receive that kind of news, just what's your reaction? What are the conversations amongst

the offense like and potentially having to respond without them? So Pete, we've gone through

this for two years now. So, you know, anything's possible and we get it and the next guys, you know,

we've got to be ready to go. There's there's a, you know, they've given us opportunities to replace people

with the number of practice squad and elevations and this and that. So, you know, we just go next

band up and and roll and hope those guys get better. I mean, it's the same way on the other side.
