Most people are going about insuring themselves against change in the wrong way.

They're building up their bank accounts.

They're diversifying their investments.

And they're creating every possible buffer against life's uncertainties.

But here's what you don't want to forget.

There's another type of insurance that's even more crucial. This insurance, money can't buy.

I was telling somebody the other day, I said, you know what, in a year's time, your life can be

completely different from whatever you're experiencing right now. As we've already seen with COVID,

with the fires in Los Angeles,

with war in the Middle East,

nothing is guaranteed.

Your home could be gone tomorrow.

Your livelihood could be altered in a moment's notice.

Or, on the other hand,

I'm sure we all know people whose lives changed in a seemingly positive way in a very short amount of time. I have a friend who was

single in her mid-40s, who was resigning herself to continue to be single indefinitely, and
