Absolutely paralyzed.

Very much so.

And that's what they do.

Before you fail, you're paralyzed.

Yeah, that's what they do in communist countries.

They rule by fear.

And so oftentimes that fear can overtake you, and it makes it very, very difficult.

All these thousands of hours that you've practiced, you're not able to necessarily put all of that out there because the fear stands in the way.

So what better profession than nursing? Because you deal with sick and dying people.

So you better focus on their needs and their loved ones needs.

All right. And the other attractive thing was that nursing didn't require 11 more years of college.

The society needs nurses so bad that I could do it in two, three years.

I have a new profession.

And then I figured, okay, so I'm very busy as a nurse now, night shifts, but I need

to do something productive with my free time.

And I decided to learn finance and real estate investing.

So my days were crazy, busy again, but it worked because I bought mentorship.

I knew nothing about real estate.

I had been a tenant for 14 years when I bought my first 4plex.

And I've been in business now for 11 years, very successfully.

It might take a little bit different speed, but it should never discourage you.

Because remember that I was in my 30s when I decided to change careers.
