Yeah. Well, I ran into hardship, you know, so real estate was always on my radar, you know, as a kid even. I saved money. I rolled up money because I was going to buy a house and, and this,

I always loved real estate. But I then never had that really need to because I had my W-2 and I was surviving.

Up until about 2018, I hit some pretty hard times and I couldn't really afford my house anymore.

And at that point is when I started thinking about some alternatives.

So I read the Purple Bible, like everybody does.

It's kind of like a broken record at this point. But I learned about

businesses and real estate, which is how I should be investing. And I ended up starting with a

business. You know, I built a little wood shop in my basement and I was selling cutting boards

and other furniture items for a couple of years and I I was burning out. I was at the point where

I was working like 20-hour days, and I said, there's no way I can sustain this. So then I started
