0:49.1	all about you and your journey because the line is absolutely phenomenal and we'll get into it and I
0:53.6	can't wait to learn about those products that you've created here. But I want to learn all about you
0:58.3	and where the story began, if you could tell us. So the story began 15 years ago. My husband and I
1:07.6	went on a journey to find the land that his grandma was born on. And I told him, you know, she's
1:14.5	fulfilling grandmother. I told him these stories about Sicily and so he made a promise when he
1:19.8	was 10 years old that he's going to go back and sign this land that she was born on and bring it
1:25.1	back into the family. So we wanted to fulfill this promise that he made to his grandmother.
1:30.3	She's not with us, but we wanted to stay committed to that. So we found the half acre land that she
1:36.1	was born on and we found the the the foundation of her house. So we've got the one bedroom house
1:44.5	on there and then we ended up buying 800 acres all around her property and transforming it into
1:51.2	this magical farm that we call La Frittuna estate. It's incredible. It's all 800 acres is certified
1:59.0	organic. 80% is above bio preserve and everything on our farm is fed with natural spring water. So
2:07.6	it's you know when you go to the land you can feel that the land has a pulse. It just wants to give
2:16.1	and it wants to give more. There's no industry around our farm so everything is truly organic and
2:23.0	the soil in Sicily is so rich with minerals and volcanic ash and but and that feeds all these
2:31.2	you know wildly potent plants. We call them wildly potent because they're all you know supercharged
