Thank you so much for having me I'm looking for it to me. Me too and I'd love to hear a little bit about your background, your career, you have been in the

industry for a very long time and you've actually been at the same organization, which I understand

was Web Mechanics, acquired for over 13 years which is definitely a

testament especially particularly in the you know world of digital and sales. Yeah, I graduated college in 2010, which for anyone who did the same knows that it was a terrible time to graduate college.

No one hired for anything and entry-level positions required a decade of experience.

And I majored in marketing, so I remain one of my few friends who actually works in the area

that I happened to study, but I went around and really tried to think not because I had a choice of employer,
