did you first get an inkling to real estate? Well, you know, I'm from Chicago, even though I sit in our

West Coast office in Newport Beach. I am born and raised in the Chicago area. And for me, Richard, I always was

looking for a way to build well. And being from Chicago, I saw some of the biggest icons in the

world and families where they built their empires through hard assets and hard assets like

commercial real estate. So I realized if I wanted to produce cash flow and build wealth, I had to get involved in commercial real estate. And Chicago is one
