His position was eliminated mere months after his son was born and purchasing a home.

This scare lent him down the path of personal finance, self-development, and investing strategies.

Today, he owns a multifamily portfolio comprising of 129 units valued at approximately $16 million

and serves as the primary asset manager.

I'm doing well, man.

I'm glad to be here.

So reading the bio, tell me about that.

How did that feel like? Get in the axe? New kid, home, living the dream, and then all of a sudden,

that dream becomes a veritable nightmare. Well, I thought it was a dream, right? You know, we just,

like I said, my, or like you had read, my girlfriend at the time, my wife now is at home,

a maternity leave with our three-month-old, and we had just purchased the house, you know,

thought we were doing the right thing by, you know, climbing the corporate ladder, you know,

you know, trying to make it as much as high as we can in our W-2.

And yeah, that was kind of a rude awakening.
