I couldn't even get the benefits of the exercise because I was trying to work through arthritis in my hands and my forearms.

And it just hurt to even hold the weights.

Like I was like, oh my God, what am I doing? I can't do that.

Like this is, but one workout at a time, it got better, it got better, it got better.

And I can remember the first time I felt sore in my pecks after I did a chest workout. For the first time, I was like, praise God, because I couldn't

get there. So, again, if it took all that to get me here, then I'm fine with it. But I didn't

see that at the time. I didn't see that that going from here to there,

I had to overcome all this stuff.

What's going on, everybody? Hey, so today I've got another Warrior Babe here with us,

a Warrior Baby Melissa, who before finding us spent years

doing everything quote unquote right.

She was walking daily.

She was eating clean.

She was staying disciplined yet nothing was changing.

How many of you guys have been there, right?

She avoided, and many women have done this.

She relied on shapewear and she didn't feel at home in her body.
