Right. All right. Cassidy, what is up, brother? How are you? Brian, doing good, man. Thanks for having me.

0:07.3

I'm excited to have you on, man. You left a corporate job. You are an IT engineer, correct?

0:14.5

Walk us through a little bit about where you were and where you are today because a lot of people that I speak with are engineers

0:24.2

and they just tend to think themselves out of all possibilities of a dream life for themselves.

0:31.8

And so I'm curious about your perspective on this journey. Yeah, I was an engineer and I actually

0:36.6

really enjoyed being an engineer because I like building

0:38.4

big things.

0:39.8

You go through corporate, you climb the ladder and I was climbing higher and same story as yours

0:45.5

recognizing that I was looking at the people in front of me and not really liking what I was

1:19.5

The part that was risky is you don't know how it's going to perform on the back end.

1:24.5

And so there's no surefire guarantee, but there's, like you said,

1:28.1

there's so many engineers that I've talked to. They're the ones that contact me the most,

1:32.5

and you can hear it and you can see it and you can feel it in the language that they're using,

1:36.4

that they're not going to take the step that they need to go invest in real estate or go buy a

1:40.9

business or whatever it is that they're trying to do. You can feel that

1:44.2

energy of talking themselves out of it, finding every reason they get the inspection report and

1:50.0

there's some paint ships or some repairs that need to be done and it's the sky's falling and so they're
