You found it, the proven entrepreneur and I'm Don Williams.

So I want to share another story about the concept of wow and we know that wow is on a scale of one to ten, ten being the best where our customers literally say wow.

And wow starts at 11 and goes on to infinity.

So a couple of years ago my wife and I we are headed to Bangkok Thailand for a conference and she tells me that she'll book the tickets for airfare.

I'm like fine no problem.

And when I come home that night, she says I booked the tickets and included in the price of the ticket.

They're sending a driver to the house to pick us and the luggage up and transport us to the airport.

I'm like oh my gosh you heard it wrong you read it wrong that is not happening.

And as is most often case when we disagree, she is right and I was wrong.

So on the day of the flight, a couple of hours before takeoff, there's a knock at the door, large well dressed man, black suit, white shirt, black tie, black escalade.

And he says I'm here to get you and your luggage and carry you to DFW International Airport.

I think to myself wow never have this kind of experience with any airline and I fly a lot.

So we get to the airport and our escort checks us in, checks our bags in wishes us a good trip.

I'm thinking this is pretty cool as we board the plane and I still don't know how.

They did this, but we're boarding the plane, have not sat down in our seat yet and the flight attendant approaches me and says Mr Williams.

Now remember we've not sat down.

Okay she didn't check us in to go on the plane, but somehow she knew my name Mr Williams, would you like to see a wine list.

So I'm a little bit of a smart Alec with her because I'm used to flying where your wine choice is red or white or maybe they have two reds and two whites, but generally they're out of one.
