Yeah, I mean, two words, new development, man.

I think that's a real deal.

If you get out there in the luxury development space,

which is really what I'm coming off of.

So I did a luxury single family home in Scotso, Arizona. Cool pad, just over 3,500 square feet,

which honestly in the area is not all that big. I mean, there's homes that are upwards of 5,000, 9,000, 10,000 feet.

Some of these homes are going for $20 million plus, you know. And so there's huge,

there's huge volume in that space. But yeah, I kind of, I set out, you know, towards the end of

23, I was like, I want to buy a house, right? I was like, I need to buy a house at some point

I have to buy a house. And I was like, what if I just built a house? And I have some options at the end of it. And so that's kind of the path that I set on.

And I was like, all right, I'm going to find some dirt and try to see if I could build something.

But, you know, my background has always been in commercial construction. So, you know, I work in

commercial construction for the past 12 years. It gives me a lot of confidence around the building

process. You know, I've taken a lot of stuff from raw dirt to develop

...
