1:29.9	signature. The judge refused to allow the issue to be corrected. She said federal procedure
1:35.1	allows applications to be cured for good cause and Rubio's attorney even offered to fix it
1:41.0	within an hour. That is not justice. That is an extreme cruel, inhumane outcome
1:47.5	based on a technical procedural issue. New York State Attorney General Letitia James posted on
1:53.7	Facebook in part this deportation order is outrageous. He followed the law. He should be released.
1:59.4	We contacted DHS and ICE for comment and have not yet heard back.
