What does it take to leave a stable career and jump into real estate investing full-time? In this episode of the Rich Dad Real Estate Show, host Jaren Sustar sits down with Erica Costanzo, a former nurse and mother of four, who made the bold leap into real estate—and hasn’t looked back. Erica shares her journey from burnout in the medical field to becoming a successful real estate investor through house hacking, flips, and building a rental portfolio.

Her story is not just inspiring, but full of practical advice for anyone looking to break into the real estate game, especially if you’re juggling family and career responsibilities. Erica explains how she replaced her nursing income with fix-and-flips and dives into the strategies that helped her scale quickly—like leveraging other people’s money and focusing on smart, calculated risks.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in a job that drains you, Erica’s story will show you that there’s another way. Tune in to hear how she went from house hacking to pulling in six figures on her flips, all while creating the life she wanted for her family.
