On international women's day, Burger King tweeted "Women belong in the kitchen"... later they subtweeted (tweeted under the original tweet) that only 20% of professional chefs are women and that they are giving scholarships to support women. It was poorly done...it caused a lot of outrage...that may have been the point. But it raises the question, how do we see past the outrage and emotion to get to the facts? Let's talk about practical critical thought.
