1:16.6	in just a little bit. But I want to begin today by talking about the problem with birth pains
1:20.7	and some very important things that Jesus told us in Matthew chapter 24 about birthpangs.
1:27.1	And I'm going to read this text now from
1:28.9	Matthew 24 now. As I'm reading this, I just want you to hear this in light of current
1:34.7	events that are happening right now because I believe that what Jesus is describing is
1:39.0	exactly what's happening right now. Matthew chapter 24 verse 3. It says, as Jesus set on the Mount of Olives, the disciples
1:46.6	came to him privately saying, tell us, when will these things be and what will be the sign of
1:52.1	your coming and of the end of the age? And Jesus answered them saying, see that no one leads you
1:58.1	astray for many will come in my name saying, I am the Christ,
2:02.1	and they will lead many astray, and you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. You see that you are
2:07.0	not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation
2:12.0	and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places, all these are but the beginning of birth pangs.
