Hello, friends. Welcome back to another pray together episode. I'm so thankful that you join me.

We have a number of requests today that we'll be praying about. And I want to encourage you to

find a time during your day on Fridays or Saturdays when you're able to pray for these requests that are given each week.

You don't have to do it at the very same time I do, but I'm convinced that as we join together in prayer, trusting our God to do what only he can do

in the powerful and loving ways that he does, he will answer, he will respond. Join me today as we

pray. Lord, I'm going to begin today just by

confessing that you are everything that we need. You are everything that our world needs.

I want to ask you, Lord, to bring a holy desire and a desire for holiness to your people.

Now break our hearts over our own compromise and sin.

Show us how we have not represented you well, how we have given non-believers ammunition for

their scorn on the name of Christ and lead us to a thorough repentance as your

church. Give us an eternal perspective, Lord, that honors you above all things.

Open our hearts. Open our minds to know you. And the centrality of you in all things.

Enable us to lift you higher as the central focus of all of history and all

of eternity. Enable us through our dependent trust in you to live in a way that your light shines

into this dark world that we live in and sparks the fires of a spiritual awakening worldwide, Lord.

We ask you to do that in Jesus' name.

And Lord, as we move toward the requests that have been given this week,

we start with our brother Austin,

whose wife is having their first child,

a little girl that they've named Mila Amor Ingram,

and it appears that this request was given last Friday.
