Starting with an update on the January 6th committee's attempts to get Trump to give up

the documents that have been subpoenaed by the committee.

After a court ruling earlier this week that said Trump would have to give up the documents,

yesterday a new ruling came out from a federal appeals court saying that the National Archives

cannot release some of the records, which they were expected to do today.

Which would have made for a really interesting day for me personally.

But now there will be oral arguments in the case on November 30th, just in time for everyone

to be paying attention during the holidays.

A group of Democrats in the House of Representatives are introducing a new resolution today to

censure Representative Paul Gosar for his tweet earlier this week of an anime video that depicted

him killing Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

And that's just a fancy way of saying that this incident is overall going to be taken

much less seriously than, say, a teenager showing up to high school and spaghetti straps.
