| 1:28.9 | be choosing between two possible candidates. They would be ranking multiple candidates. So |
| 1:34.6 | you pick the one you like the most, then you pick a second option, and then even a third |
| 1:39.8 | option. And what happens then is when votes are counted, if a candidate doesn't get more than 50% of the popular vote on the first count, ballots are recounted. |

| 1:56.1 | In theory, it gives all of us more choices and it removes the whole all or nothing dilemma that we have in our elections. |
