0:25.2	about COP26 happening at the moment it would be good to take a little look at some of the
0:30.4	broader issues of well-being which is all about sustainability really and well-being of the planet
0:36.1	and one of the charities that I really enjoy supporting and being part of is a charity called
0:42.8	Plant Life and they have got some really interesting initiatives going on and one of them is the
0:49.1	billion seed challenge yeah the billion seed challenge and they've actually got a challenge for
0:54.9	us if you're listening to this in real time on Saturday the 30th of October. Now I think we will
1:00.5	know that there is a lot to do to raise the profile of the climate and the biodiversity crises
1:06.6	that are happening across our communities and also the challenge to perhaps engage those who may
1:11.4	not already be involved and if you like plants and I know that lots of my listeners do then this might
1:18.3	be something that you would want to get involved with it's called the Together campaign and what
1:23.6	it's doing basically is encouraging everyone to plant a few seeds on Saturday the 30th of October
1:30.5	or you could do it later obviously if you'll listen to this later on and that's whether it's in
1:34.7	your garden, window boxes or maybe together in your local community and it's really I think just
1:41.2	about being a catalyst to encourage a mass planting to encourage everyone to take part in a very
1:47.5	simple act that connects us with our local communities and supports our local environment and if
1:52.4	you want to check out more on this you can look at it online it's together.org.uk and if you just
1:59.3	search for the billion seed challenge now something that happened this week further a field from
2:05.4	just the UK if you're listening to me here in the UK is a panorama documentary that went out
2:10.7	early this week and it was talking about the dangers, the real dangers of so many single use
2:16.8	disposable plastic bottles and in particular the documentary called out Coca-Cola and it was just
