Good morning. Good morning, everybody. Happy Friday, September the second. How are you

doing? And how is that coffee tasting? Did you watch Biden last night? Did you see his

very dystopian look? Did you see that? Dude, yeah, I was like straight out of a beef

for vendetta. Straight out of it. Yeah, like the authoritarian guy standing up there yelling

at the TV. It was absolutely bizarre. I'm doing bad move though, man. Like it's like that

your top this as a manager sometimes is that you got to go in, build the person up and

then you cut him out the knees again. Like you tell him you're giving some compliments and

then you reprimand him and say, dude, you did this wrong. So we're going to have to write

you up. He sat there preaching unity and then cut it out the knees by saying to mega people.

He's playing the role of a manager. Yeah, it's like basic training. Build, well, they'll

break you down like crazy. Then they build you up. So I'm just proud of you guys. You

know, you start kicking ass and then bam, break you down again. It is a psychological game.

Yeah, that guy talked about unity. And last night, if you didn't see it yet, I highly recommend

you just go look at the memes. Don't waste your time listening to his garbage. But yeah,

we'll get more into this later in the show. We got a lot of talk, a lot to talk about

here on this Friday. One thing I wanted to say before we started was we posted the education

blooper reel for members only here on substacks at media.substack.com. And the feedback is great

so far. So Megan, she's been editing since last October. And she threw together a blooper

reel of all my mess ups. And it was pretty funny actually. You know, a lot of them I should

be at bear spot. Did you see like the voice crack? Yeah, dude. It's pretty bad. It's pretty
