| 0:23.7 | that's the email address if you have feedback for the gang here. |
| 0:26.7 | Friday Feedback r.R. at gmail.com. |
| 0:30.3 | I'm pretty sure that's the email address. |
| 0:32.7 | Okay. |
| 0:33.2 | Sounds about right. |
| 0:34.3 | Yeah. Is it? I don't know. |
| 0:36.3 | If you don't get through, we'll figure it out. Okay. Let's see. What do you want to start? We haven't done one of these in a while. I'm always nervous when we kick these off. You want to start with criticism? Yes. Yes. Why are you nervous? Kyle, before this was like, are they negative or are they mean? And most of them, like, Kyle, you have the highest approved rating of anyone on the pod probably. So I don't think you have anything to worry about there. It's usually me without question. Yeah, I don't know. All right, let's attack me. Ryan's diatribs about how much he works, had to turn off the podcast and Ryan Bark and get another explanation of how much work he does, how much more work he does than everyone else. There's a regular audience. We've heard it. It's fair. I think I've cut back on that a bit. I definitely did it all the time when I was younger because I was like trying to prove, you know. Yeah. But yeah, like, I'm still not afraid to throw it straight at somebody who I think is a complete fucking hack and never watches anything and goes on these shows and it's totally comfortable. Yeah. I don't know. Not wrong, though. There's space for everyone, I think. Like, there's space for people who don't watch and just like to throw things into the ether. And there's space for people who take the time to, to, you know, watch and formulate takes. So whatever you like. I enjoyed, like, not into the world, but I enjoyed it, like, to my buddies. There was a time when it was like one shiny podcast, Ryan and Bill, and I don't know, book of basketball, like also kind of lined up in there. And I was actually, I loved saying that. I can't say that shit anymore. |
| 2:01.7 | I really just can't. |
| 2:03.1 | Mike's doing a great job. |
| 2:04.3 | Shout out to Wargon. But like, I enjoyed being able to say they're running me ragged just to my buddies. Now I can't even do that. I'm just like, I'm the luckiest dude ever. It's kind of where it is now. I think the other thing I learned too is more about the ESPN part of it, although there was one post-ESPN part of it where to come up. |
| 2:18.7 | It's like when you tell people you work more than everybody |
| 2:20.4 | else when you do work more than everybody else no one's like hey great they're more like so |
| 2:26.2 | that's crazy you're the you're the dummy so uh I do think I've been better about it the last year. Okay, here's another one. Craig Kilbourne, who is he? What's up, Ryan, Kyle and Sarudy? Every time I hear Kilbourne, either on this pot or somewhere else, he comes across as an intensely unlikable, self-absorbed. But if he actually were, I can't imagine Ryan would respect or be friends with him. So I assume I am missing the joke or something. |
| 2:51.7 | I understand he was on ESPN, but I'm 30 years old. |
| 3:07.5 | So I guess I'm too young to have watched him there. Who is Craig Kilbourne? And why does Ryan like him so much? You just got the bit. You explained the bit to yourself. It's like a little Norm McDonald's, a little bit, you know? not in the same joke style, |
| 3:09.2 | but like in the same way that certain people wouldn't get it. |
| 3:10.4 | And everyone's like, |
| 3:10.9 | no, |
| 3:11.2 | that's the, a little bit, you know, not in the same joke style, but like in the same way that certain people |
