And so I really feel as if, you know, navigating the last 20 plus months has

been challenging for everyone. And so it starts at home. And so I want to express gratitude for my

wonderful husband of 18 years, my two beautiful and unhealthy boys and the dudes. The dudes are our

Labradoodle and Golden Doodle. They keep us laughing and they

certainly are chronicled throughout social media. Now, in terms of things that I'm loving,

there's a company based out of the Midwest and every season they put out something called a Joybox.

And so for me, I really have been enjoying purchasing these things.

Not only am I supporting a small business owner, but they do such a beautiful job of curating

household items.

And so if you were watching on Insta Stories this week, I was sharing quite a bit about this.

And ironically enough, it puts

everything together. So it makes decorating really easy and very easy to kind of store these

items together, nicely curated. The other thing that I'm loving, and I've been talking quite a bit

about the value of probiotic rich foods, especially fermented vegetables, I stumbled upon a company

called Hex Fermints. And what I love is that

they're a very small business. They purchase only organic, locally grown vegetables, and then they
