So I have a friend, she's mom, but she's going back to work. And so, and she has a very young child and she's going to put them in a school during the day as she goes to work.

So she's like, hey, I got sent this contract for the school. Let me read to you what the contract says and you tell me for those of you that have young children, especially if this sounds like it's acceptable.

I agree that neither of my children will bring any claims of any kind against this place. And it's employees as a result of injuries, expenses or damages that I or my child may suffer in any way related to the use of the facilities toys, other children, teachers or the like.

This waiver applies to all claims, whether known or unknown present or future. What is that normal? I have no idea. It sounds like it's like, alright, gives your kids and your money, but whatever happens happens.
