Here's what you miss today in the world of tech.

Sources are telling the journal that Open AI is in talks to raise more than

$300 million from Thrive and Founders Fund in a Tender offer,

valuing the company at around $29 billion, which would be up from the $14 billion valuation

that it got in its 2021 tender offer.
