And today's episode is our monthly advice episode. These are my favorites to record. I look forward to recording these every single month and we got some really, really good questions, some good topics that we're going to dive

into today. So I'm super pumped. As always, you guys know, I just love recording the podcast.

So it doesn't really matter what the topic is. I'm just excited to talk about it. I'm always super pumped to talk about it. But today we actually do have some really solid, good topics. And a lot of the questions that you guys asked were like multiple, like a couple of you asked the same question, if that makes sense. So a lot of people asked about how to

make friends as an adult. A lot of people asked about, kind of like some money stuff, which is interesting.

Some of you asked about like college related things. So we're just going to have, we just have a lot of

really good topics to touch on today. But before we get into that, I did want to share a couple announcements

with you guys. First things first, I am hiring an assistant. If you guys follow me on

Instagram, you probably already know this. I have put out the call for a, I'm calling it a

creative and administrative assistant. The purpose behind this position is to essentially just support me as a business owner, as a health coach.

I really just need a lot of help with, I don't want to call them like the little things because they're super

duper important things that need to get done but there are just so many items on my to do list

and that could be cut in half if I had an assistant so all last week I was just thinking about how
