Summary

Since we are in Freedom Week, and our country is ready to celebrate our Independence Day, I've decided to take a step back from our regular content and make a pause to think about our personal freedom and the thoughts that keep us stuck and prevent us from becoming the best version of ourselves.


In this episode, I go through why it is so hard for us to appreciate and recognize our awesomeness, give value to our actions, and motivate ourselves to keep going. I discuss the importance of standing up for ourselves, avoiding putting ourselves down, and standing up for others. Also, I reflect on how vital it is to take more risks, trust ourselves, and free our minds from negative and diminishing thoughts.
