Hello and welcome back to another expand podcast with yours truly, Elizabeth April.

Today I want to talk about the ultimate place that we can all dream about, that we can all ask for, that we can all ultimately be in as a human being.

This is the aspect of my life that I always go back to and that I actually struggle with myself.

And that is the aspect of freedom.

First of all, I want you to just kind of take a moment

right now wherever you are when listening to this podcast. Maybe you're driving, maybe you're

doing yoga, maybe you're playing with your kids, and I want you to check in with your own definition of freedom. If you have the

ability to pick up a pen right now and grab your notebook, I recommend that you dedicate a whole

page in your notebook to freedom and what freedom really looks like to you. So what is freedom in your own mind? What does that

look like? If I were to say that you had ultimate freedom in your life, what would change? What would be

different? What would have to collapse? What would elevate? What does that freedom look like to you?

Now, before you ask for freedom, you need to know what your interpretation of that word is. Like, say, for

example, you asked for abundance in your life,

but your interpretation of abundance would be like having an abundance of friends, for example,

whereas someone else might interpret the word abundance within material wealth.

So freedom means something different to every single person on this planet.

So you need to first know what freedom really means to you. And maybe you want to pause the episode

to write down some things. Maybe you want to take your time after you listen to this full

episode to really write those things down. And I'll just kind of mention to you what I perceive

and interpret as freedom within my own space vibration and energy. Mostly freedom means freedom of space and time. The best place that I

could be in is having the absolute most freedom to do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it.
