Hey before we get into the episode I just wanted to make a quick fun announcement for the first time in years we actually have choose a high t-shirts available for sale and I actually even brought back our original logo from way back when in 2016 for a little bit of extra retro fun. As you guys know I've been trying to make my life simpler over the last

couple years which is why we actually went away from selling the shirts in the first place

but I'm working with the company that my crossfit gym uses for their own t-shirts and these guys are

really great to work with their top quality shirts so these are tri- blend shirts, they fit

great, they look great, and I lower the price as much as possible to make this

essentially break even because honestly if you want to show your support for Choose of I I want to make it as

inexpensive as humanly possible for you and the store is actually only open until Friday

May 10th and this is not like a scarcity play or anything like that.

It's the way this company does the ordering.

They basically batch order.

You have to hit a minimum, and once the store closes, then they print it, ship them out,

and we're all good to go.

So I'm probably gonna do this about once a year.
