Giselle and I were in New York City,

visiting her uncle, cousins and it was amazing if you've never been to New York City during Christmas it is incredible

Maybe where you live it you guys celebrate Christmas and people around you go all out

But in Miami it's terrible people it's hot first of all so you don't feel like it's Christmas at all but people

don't have the Christmas cheer here and even though I'm not a kid anymore at

40 years old I love love seeing the Christmas decorations. I love the atmosphere, the spirit people show and just it was it was crazy cool. So we ate a lot of food. I used intermittent fasting to kind of keep things in check.

So I would skip breakfast every morning and keep my eating hours to about noon to 8 p.m. and I managed to hit the

gym in fact I took Giselle's uncle Evondro to hit the gym with us because he lives in this nice building in Manhattan and we'd hit up the gym in his building which are way better than some of the buildings that I see here and that are much more expensive than than New York.

Anyway, if you're like me, you probably ate too much,

even though you exercise and you try to do the right thing,
