in the United States of America and was a part of the Black Panther

Party and the Black Liberation Army. He's been incarcerated for over 49 years.

On April 27th, 2020, Honorable S. Schick in Solon County granted Mr. Mintakeem his release.

However, a black woman, an attorney general, Tish James, appealed the judge's decision, which

is consequently led to Jolulele contracting COVID-19.

Two days ago he was rushed to the hospital with a high fever and having a difficulty breathing

and having very low oxygen levels. This is because of Titz James.

She knew, she knew that Jaleel was incarcerated at a place where there was already a COVID-19 outbreak.

He was granted release, but she came in and said, no, he cannot be free.

Thus, Jalil has contracted COVID-19.

Because he is incarcerated, it's very hard for me and my family

to get updates and to make sure he is getting

the adequate health care that he needs.

This all could have been prevented of Tis James didn't appeal the

judge's decision in Sullivan County.
