They actually waved Nigel Hayes to offer the absolute most that they could in the first year

$19.5 million and the bulls have now officially matched that

What was your reaction when you first heard that offer?

I think my first reaction was why soccer met I mean beyond that it I think it's too much money for Levine

He could get there

But if I were to project what I expect him to be that's not a 20 million dollar guy
