| 0:00.0 | Hey guys, we are in the heart of off season. I got to ask a big question here. What is going on a free agency? Because I really think some of these moves are absolutely crazy because there's a lot of bottom feeder players that are ending up on teams. And I'm like, why? What are you going to do with that player? He doesn't even work, not even worth starting. So I want to talk about some recent transactions that have happened here in the NFL and the fantasy impact. |
| 0:21.8 | I did a video previously on some other ones prior. Go back and check that out so you guys are up to date on some of these moves. If you do the channel, smash your tap, and stop it, hit the thumbs up, subscribe and drop a comment below. Let me know what your thoughts are. I want to do a quick video here today, okay? Let's talk about it. Now, a couple days ago this happened here, Hopkins to the Ravens. |
| 0:39.8 | Like, why? The guy's washed up. Hopkins has no business being in the NFL. One year, $5 million deal. I mean, this guy was washed up five years ago. Like, he hasn't really done anything for years. Like, it doesn't make any sense to me. They've got Zay Flowers, who's a midwide receiver. They've got Derek Henry over the hill. They're already meeting with Gentie. I talked about that in another video. I mean, obviously, you're not interested in Henry. You want to move on. You want to look towards the future. But you're bringing in these bottom feeders that are, that have been washed up for years or the tail under their career over at Wall into their 30s, and you're like, hey, man, we're going to make them start. |
| 1:13.8 | We're going to, it's not 20s. feeders that are been washed up for years or the tail into their career over well into their 30s |
| 1:11.7 | and you're like hey man we're going to make them start we it's not 2016 anymore so I want to talk |
| 1:16.9 | about that I think that's crazy I don't think I want to talk about here which is absolutely crazy |
| 1:20.7 | is Puka Nakua this is crazy because he gave up his number I think that's the biggest beta |
| 1:26.4 | move you can absolutely do if you're on a right, I'm on a team and I want to establish myself as the wide receiver one. And someone else comes in and says, hey, I'm going to take your number. Well, no, it's okay because I'm going to go back to number 12 because that was my old college number. That is a cop out. That is BS. Okay. You never ever give up |
| 1:45.3 | your number. Period. You never give up your number. Your jersey to another man. That is submitting. |
| 1:51.0 | That is submissive behavior. You never ever do that. So Pukonikuua, that is like the weakest thing |
| 1:58.0 | you could do right now is give up your number. That's basically giving up your wide receiver one position to a washup Devante Adams. Now, DeVonte Adams, he's crazy. He's just trying to ride it, try to find a Super Bowl win before he could, before he basically retires. So I'm not sold on Hopkins. I'm not sold on the Adams. All these guys are the tail end of their career for fantasy football and reality. I tend to stay away from. You know, always look for the youth, look for the upside, okay? Speaking of a washup, I do want to talk about Cooper Cup as well being released. Again, he had one good season in his entire career. The year he had his pinnacle year, I was the only one telling you, stay away from Cooper Cup. Everybody had him as a first wide receiver. He declined. He smashed, fell down, fell apart, fell apart, literally got hurt. And now he's released. Apparently the Packers are looking at the time this recording. Again, I'm not sold on Cooper Cup. Never was. He's released it again, rightfully so, because I believe he is washed up, okay? |
| 2:51.3 | I want to talk about Demarcus Robertson, 49ers sign him, not excited. |
| 2:55.1 | Two-year, 9.5 million, mediocre, not excited, okay? |
| 2:59.2 | Kenneth Gainwell, another waste of a pick. |
| 3:02.0 | Now, these guys are just going to be depth pieces, that's it, right? |
| 3:04.8 | But Kenneth Gainwell signed one-year deal to the Steelers, Eagles old running back there. Pretty much did nothing there was a backup. Seahawks, they signed Mvv. Mv. Mv. Marquis Valdez scaling, another crazy stupid move. What are you doing with him? He sucks. Can't catch the ball. I don't know what to say. One year, five million former Saints wide receiver |
| 3:24.7 | Marquis Valde scaling signs with the Seahawks, another stupid move. AJ Dylan, another stupid move. Again, depth pieces at F.S. But they've done nothing. Years to Wowus, we're not wowed. Signs of one year deal with the Eagles. Rico Dowdle to the Panthers. Cowboys, I'm actually impressed, Cowboys is not a team that I like. I don't think they are a very smart team. They actually made a smart decision here dumping off Rico because he's a mid subpar running back. Rico Dowdle to the Panthers, one year, 6.25 million. That's awesome. They bring in Giovante, which I think is stupid as well. But I think they're going to be drafting a running back. They have to draft a running back in that first round if they want to, if they want to compete this year, okay, because they don't have a running back. Javante is not a true running back. He signs to the Cowboys. I think it's a $3 million-some odd deal one year. I'll go back, check my last video, but that's crazy. Here's another crazy one here. |
| 4:17.5 | 49ers signed Mac Jones, another pointless signing. |
| 4:19.2 | Like, what are you doing, really? |
| 4:21.1 | Mac Jones, I guess backup. |
| 4:22.8 | Now, this is another stupid one. |
| 4:26.6 | Chargers signed Mike Williams, a guy that can't finish his season to save his life, |
