I have a very special guest, a returning guest. We've done a number of shows together. His name is Mike Rothmiller, and he just published a book September 2022 with, and he wrote it with Douglas Thompson, another of my guests.

And there's a Kindle, an audio book version of this book.

But this is not the first time Mike and I have talked together.

He's a very prolific author.

He's done a lot of recent books.

He's put out a lot of books recently.

But the last one we talked about was the African slave trade and cannibalism.

But another one was really an internationally best-selling book.

And Mr. Rothmiller has enjoyed a distinguished career in law enforcement working across

U.S. federal and state agencies with American and international intelligence services.

He served for 10 years with the Los Angeles Police Department, including five years as a deep

undercover detective with the

organized crime intelligence division or the OCD.
