1:13.9	And a minivan crashed under his trailer, obviously.

1:23.6	So we now know that Washington State issued him a full-time CDL.
1:30.3	This is from Sean Duffy. Asylum seekers and illegal aliens are not allowed to receive this.
1:34.3	New Mexico failed to conduct an English language proficiency test when they pulled him over for speeding.
1:40.3	Had they done this, he would not have been allowed to be on the road anymore. And California issued the CDL.
1:48.8	Failures down the line everywhere, all across the board.
1:53.4	This wasn't a guy falling through the cracks.
