Ooh that's a really good question the happiest part of my day.

Well I had a work meeting early this morning that conflicted with my personal training session, so I skipped the gym.

You know what? I am usually so consistent and I was like look at me sleeping in

listening to my body so you know sometimes you gotta take a little day off and
