This week, President Biden unveiled his $2.25-trillion infrastructure plan in Pittsburgh. The plan hopes to address manufacturing, transportation, renewable energy and climate change. Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) joined the Fox News Rundown earlier this week to weigh in on what he would like to see in an ideal infrastructure plan.
