President Biden enters his second year in office with low approval numbers and increasing questions over whether he should run for re-election in 2024. According to a recent FOX News survey, 60% of people don't plan on voting for President Biden if he decides to run. He has said he'll be running with Vice President Kamala Harris on the ticket, but that hasn't quelled the speculation. Earlier this week, Mark Penn, former Clinton advisor, joined host Dave Anthony on The Rundown to discuss why President Biden continues to struggle and the likelihood he will be replaced on the ticket by a Democrat like former Sec. Hillary Clinton. The pollster looked at who in the Democratic party could be popular enough to win in 2024 and whether or not former President Trump could win again.
