0:31.2	As some of you know, Jeff leads two of our in marketplace terms business units or franchise

0:38.7	As I mentioned last month, Jeff actually ran point on our first multi-site initiative
0:43.3	and for those of you not familiar with church terminology, a multi-site church is a church
0:47.3	that has multiple sites.
0:49.5	And this is a relatively new phenomenon in church world and we have the opportunity to
0:53.6	be on the front end of it.
0:55.5	And our first foray into that was an extremely expensive and at the time seemed like a very
1:00.7	risky initiative.
1:01.9	And some of the best business advice I ever received was put your best people on your
1:05.6	best opportunity.
1:07.3	So we had a $40 million opportunity and we put Jeff in charge.
1:11.8	We had no idea what we were doing.
