But we started here on a couch. Yes, we are sitting on a couch and now we want to talk to you about the things

that have helped us build our brand and answer any questions you guys might have about how to build

your own careers. So every Thursday we'll be discussing a topic that our guests brought up on

skim from the couch that week. Expect to hear everything from how to nail an

interview to how to manage a team. So today we had a great time talking to Hoda Kapi, Savannah Guthrie, and Libelis, who make up the amazing team at the Today Show.

They've made history in being the first female, all female lead team at Today and we had a great time talking about what it's been like, how they got there, and some questions came up.

Something that's not complicated is working with Hoda and Libby is the greatest joy of my professional life.

I feel so, so grateful and I do think you know I'm a person of faith so I always think

about it in these terms but I think that it's been a great blessing that out of

something so difficult and so heart-wrenching, something so lovely has happened.

We talked about a lot, what it's like working together, how they found themselves in this

position as a team, and now we're going to answer your questions.

Hi this is Anna from Seattle originally from New York and my question to you guys is how do you

you know who the right partner is to go into business with? And how do you

know you even need a partner? Are there qualities in someone that you look for? Is

it just a friend or someone you get along with or is there something else?

So we had this question a lot about how do you find this right business partner and I think this is a great
