There is a massive lawsuit involving the number one school system in the state of Indiana.

We got to talk about this for a second.

Lawsuit filed by Snap, Dr. Snap.

Yeah.

So statistically, the Brownsburg school system in terms of testing data is the number one school system in the state of Indiana.

Now, we've laid this out, right?

Like, this is how ridiculous, how poor public education is in this state. If you gave them a letter grade based on their own grading scale, they'd be a D. But they're number one. They're

number one. The 60 some percent or whatever passing. And they sent out the press like we're number one oh man what did you get like 98% now

like 60 whatever right and there was only this is I mean this is also a total indictment on public

education what like five or six schools that were above the what would be a passing grade

every other school system by their own standard.

Like, we're number eight.

Yeah, you're at like 58%.

Like that was an F.

But statistically, you know, it's like the, I can't use that analogy.

It's, but anyway, the, they're number one.

And this school system has been embroiled in so much drama the past two years,

three years. I mean, it's been going on for a long time, but publicly. And it all sort of dates back

to that very high profile case, which I think is still ongoing, in which the kid.

The special needs student. Was forced to eat his own vomit.

Like, it's not in dispute what happens.
