I've been excited about this ever since I met one of our guests who I'll introduce to you in a moment.

Look, we've experienced 100,000 or more deaths from fetinal opioids in the last year.

Since 1999, so 23, 24 years ago, we've lost about a million Americans,

which is an enormous cost, an enormous consequence.

But if we experienced a million in the last 20-some years, and 100,000 in the last year,

that means something's changing, something's getting worse, because that puts us on course to lose more than a million people in the next 10 years.

And even worse, we're experiencing these losses among young people.
